Satisfaction and Returns Policy

Guaranteed Satisfaction: If your Formedica product is defective, kindly reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Orthopedic products are not eligible for exchange or return, except in the event of a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of purchase, as long as the packaging is intact and you can provide proof of purchase.

First-aid products can be exchanged within 30 days, provided that the packaging is unopened and you present proof of purchase. These products are non-refundable. We do not accept expired products.

We guarantee all our products against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect, please contact our customer service department for information on repairs or replacement.

Formedica reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at its discretion. This fee may be applied if the packaging is open, if components are missing, if the packaging is incomplete or missing, or if there are signs of damage or excessive use by the user. The restocking fee and any applicable taxes will be deducted from any credit for the return of your product. The costs associated with shipping and delivery remain non-refundable.
